January 6th, 2010 Take Aim: Texas Fishing, Hunting & Outdoors Show

This year's annual grass-roots expo boasts new attractions like the Texas Sportsmen's Rally (half off show admission for attendees), a 6000-gallon fishing tank, an ice-fishing rig, loads of seminars (kayaking, fishing in Mexico, "Whacking Waterfowl"), demos from hunting dog expert Tom "Not That Dokken" Dokken, an interactive birds-of-prey display featuring eagles, hawks, falcons and owls, and even an indoor archery range, which hopefully doesn't constitute the "interactive" part of that bird display.
